2 · Tax-deductibility status (DRAFT)

3 · Donor privacy (DRAFT)

• • Donor name, email, and card details are collected and processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout. Card numbers never touch The Confident Rose Outreach's servers.
• • The Outreach retains only the Stripe transaction summary (amount, currency, Stripe session ID, product reference, success/failure, and the email supplied for the Stripe receipt).
• • Donor emails are redacted in admin donation reports (e.g. a***@domain); full donor PII is accessible only inside the Stripe TEST dashboard by Dr. Darlene Screen.
• • Donors may request deletion of the summary record by writing to the Contact form; Stripe's own record retention is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
